After many years of great but hard work on this site, Teacha Dan, the original founder of this site, decided to stop the site, but we wanted to keep it in the air. Changes will come gradually, but for now the upcoming Amsterdam reggae events are updated from the irielion.com data already. Irie ites! | 2011.08.15 | site | New owner for www.rootsmusic.nl; Just after my comment that this website was about to be closed (See entry 2011.07.18) I was approached by IrieLion's Maddoc. He is willing to continue this site, including the popular Amsterdam Reggae Guide, for all to enjoy. The look of some pages will be altered slightly but the bulk of the site will remain. Internet rumors via social networks and such were started about the 'death' of popular entertainer and former selector Tony Matterhorn. Money, iPad, credit cards, her driver's license but most important of all the travel documents for her and her son have been nicked. An award for their return is out.
